Most of the projects made by Lavender's Green are custom or semi-custom garments for museums, historic sites and reenactors. Once in awhile we make up additional clothing for sale at events, for fashion shows, or to test a new style. When we do, we have these items available, ready-to-wear as Beautiful Katie garments. We use traditional fabrics for our replica clothing: cotton, silk, wool or linen; we try to use the same weight and type of fabric that our ancestors would have worn. We base our styles on original garments. You'll find modern seams finishes on the inside, but replica methods where they will show.
