Welcome to Beautiful Lanyards! I hope you love and enjoy each purchase you make with me. I am here to sell the things I love and hope you love the things I sell! If for some reason you are unhappy with any purchase you make from me, Please let me know. I will work with you to make your experience with me a happy one. I want all my customers smiling, after all, I want you to come back to me... and bring friends!
I accept Paypal, charge cards and Money orders. Payment must be made within 7 days or the order will be canceled and the item re-listed. Please convo me to discuss other options if necessary. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
All orders received will be shipped Thursday, Friday and Saturday (I do try to ship on other days if my schedule permits) Shipping days change each month and will be updated each month due to my regular work schedule changing each month. All shipping within the USA is free, with the exception of loose beads. Shipping outside the USA is to be paid by the buyer. I will send them by standard mail, this keeps my prices down. If you need them shipped faster, Convo me and we will make arrangements for speedy delivery, however please keep in mind that you will incur the extra charges.
Orders within the US usually take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on service in the area that you live in.
International orders usually require 2-4 weeks (these times are not exact, and depend on the mail service, areas to which the item is being sent and customs practices of the specific country)
International Buyers: Please be aware that some countries may charge customs fees, buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees. When shipping outside of the United States, I use US customs forms as required. These will be filled out accurately. I must comply with international shipping laws, and will declare all items as purchases, therefore, I cannot check the "gift" box on customs forms. Please bear any possible customs fees in mind when making your purchase. Please note that sometimes packages are delayed by Duty/Customs and this is beyond my control.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want all my customers to happy with their purchases, you may return anything for any reason in the first 14 days after your order has been placed. Items may be returned to me in new unused condition, please make sure you package them so they won't be broken on return. The buyer will be responsible for all charges for the return unless the item arrived to you damaged, or was defective. Please return the item via delivery conformation as I cannot be responsible for unreceived items. Once I have received the item, your money will be returned promptly. If anything were to happen to one of your Beautiful Lanyards, please note, I stand behind my work. I will be happy to repair any mishaps that occur on your lanyard for 1 year after purchase. I want my customers to be happy and Confident when you buy from me!
Additional Policies and FAQs
NOTE: All the Beautiful Lanyards I make are Break away. They are made to be able to resist breaking when caught on things. However I ask that you do not use the clasp as the main way of putting on the lanyard, the lanyard is made to slip over your head. This will give your Beautiful Lanyard a much longer life. When you are not wearing your Beautiful Lanyard, or you are storing it, it is recommended that you hang it, it will keep it's shape and have a longer life.
NOTE: If you are unable to wear Magnets for any reason, Pace Maker, RFID chip on your Badge, Please email and let me know so they can be changed out for a non-magnetic clasp. This renders the lanyard as Non-Breakaway. The only Lanyards that cannot be changed out are the Floating Lanyards. Lanyards made so that the beads are solely hanging on wire.

I ship all my products in bubble wrap, pretty tissue papers and jewelry bags. I take the utmost care so your new product is safe. I also do gift wrapping and gift messages. Please contact me with any special requests, email or convo and I will do my best to fulfill it.
