3 out of 5 starsReceived item and it was exactly how I requested it, but the bows were severely creased, so I was disappointed. The creases came from making the bow, not from shipping bc they were carefully wrapped in a thick sturdy box that came undamaged. It should be noted that I did not give the seller an opportunity to replace the items bc I couldn’t wait to have them reshipped. I am positive that the owner would have been more than happy to rectify the situation, but my window of time was closing fast.
