Q. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE IN CHARLOTTE?
A. NO. We do NOT have a physical store where customers can come to view our rings. Each ring is made after they are ordered and paid for and then shipped. In order to have a physical store, we were going to have to hire more employees and raise our price so we decided against it. HOWEVER, when you purchase a ring from us, rest assured, if you do not like it, please take advantage of our no hassle return policy located in each listing.


Q. ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CONFLICT FREE? WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR DIAMONDS?
A. With Petra being of African decent, this issue is dear to her heart.
We purchase our diamonds from diamond partners who only abide by the Kimberly process. Although that is not enough at times (because anyone can get a diamond and send it off to be certified and sign that they abide by the Kimberly process) we take it a step further and purchase diamonds originating from some of the following countries: Namibia, Botswana and Canada.

Q. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
A. We do have a warranty company that we work with who has an "AAA" rating with the Better Business Bureau. When we ship your ring, you will receive a pamphlet with that company's information. You will be able to call them and get a quote. From there, you can have your ring insured.
We also send spare accent diamonds in case one of the pave set diamonds fall out if you purchase a ring with pave set diamonds.
With any pave set ring, you may lose some of the pave set diamonds. It is NOT a defect! It doesn’t matter where you buy the ring or from which company. It is just the nature of owning a ring with pave set diamonds.
If a stone falls out, you can take it into a local jeweler and have them put the replacement stone in. It is best to go to a jeweler who has a LASER WELDER to have a pave set stone replaced. You will already have a matching diamond to replace the one that has fallen out and it won’t cost very much.

Q. DO PAVE SET DIAMONDS FALL OUT?
A. There are pave set diamonds in many of the rings for sale today. Whenever you have any ring with pave set diamonds, you MAY lose some of the stones. This is not a defect. It is just the nature of owning a ring with pave set diamonds. And it doesn't matter who or from which jewelry store or company you buy a ring from with pave set diamonds. If you lose one, you can take it in to a local jeweler (WHO HAS A LASER WELDER) and have them pop it back in b/c it will cost you less money in shipping and insurance than if you had a local jeweler replace the diamond with one of the perfectly matching spare diamonds that we send with the ring (if you purchase a ring from us with pave set diamonds).
