We will make a change to an item once a purchase is made. If the piece needs to be lengthened, there will be no charge to do so, unless additional beads, crystals, etc. need to be purchased if we are out of those pieces.
We do accept Money Orders and Checks; checks must be given time to clear the bank, however.

We do offer a Six Month Item Guarantee; if you need a piece repaired, we will be happy to do so, just include your purchase receipt (if you still have it), let us know what the problem may be, and please pay shipping to and from our Shop. This Guarantee applies to wear-and-tear issues only, but not if item is damaged other than by wear-and-tear (i.e. - your new puppy chews up your bracelet, your boyfriend accidentally backs his car over your purse and crushes a piece, etc.!).
If you would like to have an item repaired after the Six Month Guarantee is over, there will be a $5.00 charge to do so, and shipping to us and from us would need to be paid.
If the item should need to be cleaned, we are happy to do so for a $5.00 charge, and postage paid to and from our Shop. There is no time limit for this feature.
We do not give refunds, but will do everything we can to adjust an item that you have purchased, within reason.
Additionally, if it would help you to have us send an item directly to the recipient if you have a time crunch and running out of time, we will be happy to do so, just please purchase the item including paying shipping, give us the name and address of person to whom item should be sent, and we will send it for you, and send you confirmation of the shipping, so that you know it was sent out. (We have worked for many, many years, often holding multiple jobs at the same time, and know how things can get forgotten/overlooked, etc. and may need to be sent directly to recipient for you, so that it arrives to them directly, in order to save time.)
