Welcome to Beautymaille! Operated solely by yours truly, it's my goal to share an adaptive and lovely art style which has developed from something historic and exciting - chain maille! One of my goals in opening this shop is to provide a product that is not only beautiful, but affordable. I want my customers to feel excited when they press the 'buy' button, not guilty! Thank you for coming in and taking a look around, I hope you enjoy my creations! :)

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
Payment
Currently, the payments I accept are paypal and money order. Please no personal checks or concealed cash. I ask that payment be made 7 days after you elect to make a purchase, or I will cancel the sale (unless a previous agreement is made).

If you are choosing to use money order, moneygram is preferred. Please send me a message after you've made your purchase alerting me to your decision to use money order. I will reply with my address. I will then wait no longer than ten days to receive your money order, and after it has been cleared I will begin processing shipping.
Shipping
I will begin processing your item after payment has been cleared. Please allow 2-3 days for me to ship your item. If I have to make an adjustment to a piece you have selected, it may take slightly longer depending on the density of the weave.

I use USPS standard shipping by default. Currently, I am only willing to ship to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. I plan to branch out further into international shipping at a later time. All items will be shipped with tracking

If you would like insurance or expedited shipping for your product, please contact me in advance so that we can work out any additional fees that may be involved in those extra services. Once an agreement has been come to, I will create a custom listing including whatever new fees may be involved, and we can go from there!
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, I may or may not be willing to provide a refund. I reserve the right to not give a refund if I believe the item I shipped you was damaged by unnatural wear or abuse.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the mail, I will do my best to either replace the item or refund your purchase.

If you request a refund, *please* take and send pictures for me to see the damages. If you only send me a message telling me your item was damaged and you want a refund with no photos, I reserve the right to refuse your refund. If your item is lost, I will personally go to the post office and find out whether or not it was delivered.
Additional policies and FAQs
Q: What if the item I would like to purchase from you is the wrong size for me?

A: I am willing to make adjustments! Reasonable resizing (up to three inches) can be done by me, and usually for free! If a weave is particularly complicated or dense, or uses a precious metal, I may have to issue a fee in order to cover the cost of materials used in the adjustment. Please note that there may be some pieces which I am unable to adjust. If this is the case I will say so in the listing, but it is possible to make some other arrangements.


Q: If my piece becomes damaged over time, can I have it repaired?

A: The answer is, Yes! If a piece I created for you ever becomes scratched or damaged, I'm willing to make arrangements to do repairs. Depending on the situation, the repair may be free or involve a fee. Please send me a message with photos if you need a repair, and we will make arrangements.
