Insurance is included up to USD 200. Contact me if you require extra coverage.
US CUSTOMERS: Most packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking info. Due to weight, large yoga bags and bridal orders are shipped via Priority Mail with tracking.
It is very rare for a package to get lost. Please contact me immediately if you suspect your order has been lost so I can use the tracking info the USPS provides to see if they can track it down.
All international packages are shipped via First Class International which is the most economical shipping method. Delivery varies according to destination, but usually takes 1-2 weeks to reach most destinations. Western Australia usually takes 3-4 weeks. Delivery confirmation is now Included on shipments to Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
International packages can be sent via Priority Mail International (takes about 6-10 business days to arrive) and Priority Mail International Express (takes 3-5 business days to arrive). These expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Sometimes customs fees are assessed when your item arrives in your country and an import VAT (value-added tax) is applied. Please be aware of what your country's import VAT rules and limits are. I WILL NOT PAY FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES/HANDLING FEES APPLIED ONCE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY. The UK in particular has a very low limit (15 pounds sterling) for imported goods and will charge both import duty as well as a handling fee for orders exceeding this amount. These fees are not included in the shipping charge you pay to me. That only covers my cost to ship from the U.S. to your country. Please look up these costs PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

Refunds and Exchanges
I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK since it was made especially for you and cannot be resold. This includes BRIDAL ORDERS, bags made to buyer's personal specifications and any order with personalized labels.
In the event an item arrives to you in a damaged state, please contact me immediately so we can work out a mutually agreeable solution.
All domestic packages are now sent with tracking info so we can track down a lost package. If through some rare, but major screw up on USPS's end, the package is truly lost, I will be able to offer a refund minus shipping fees + cost value on the lost item(s). In some cases, I may be able to remake the item, but many of my items are one of a kind, so it may have to be substituted with an item of a similar value. I will work with the customer to see what can be done in this case. Customer will be asked to pay for additional shipping charges for the second item.
For international buyers:
The above policy for domestic losses now applies to the following countries because delivery confirmation is now included: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
Because I cannot add delivery confirmation without incurring a huge shipping fee, international buyers to countries other than the ones stated above assume all risks if a package is lost. I will not offer a refund or send out a replacement item for lost packages. If buyer is willing to pay the extra shipping fee to have the package sent with tracking info, I can set up another invoice to make up the difference.
