Ben was awesome to deal with from beginning to end, friendly and helpful. This little planter is adorable and so versatile as it can be kept inside or out. We ordered without a hole in the bottom as we figured that we can add one ourselves if we decide that we want drainage. Shipping was free so it took a bit longer than orders where shipping is paid and that was expected. We are very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy from Ben again :-)

There were lots of moisture buildup on the wood and spots that looked a bit rotten/splintered. I think this has nothing to do with how the product was made but more with how it was send. Its amazing and i do recommend it only if the delivery (which could have entirely been the delivery company's fault) is better!
