I purchased this painting for my nephew who loves astronomy and outer space. It's very high quality fine art and was shipped quickly. I received it before expected. Maude was quick to respond to my inquiries and questions. A delightful transaction! I recommend Bebe Elephant to anyone looking for unique fine art.

About

Bébé Éléphant is artwork for individuals with a distinct sophistication! Contact for inquiries or requests: bebeelephantnyc@gmail.com

I have always been an artist and painter but it was a very dear friend of mine, also a mother, who suggested I market my art to children; well, to the parents of young children.

Winston, one of my main collections is a creature I have been doodling since I was in grade school. I suppose he manifested from early adorations of the Doozers from Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock. In later years it became an attraction to Hayao Miyazaki's round and lovable Totoro's.... at any rate, he stuck with me all these years and I finally found his mission for him in the Citizen Internationale and Totemic Myths collections.

I envision my pieces being given as loving gifts to friends and family who may be welcoming a new baby into the world. Bébé Éléphant is a great choice for children's bedrooms, a nursery, or for those individuals that have a whimsical yet sophisticated aesthetic in their home. The works are considered fine and whatever the purpose for buying art, I hope it's Bébé Éléphant paintings that will make their way onto your walls.

Bébé Éléphant paintings are original, traditional style artworks made with acrylic paints and oil sticks. The pieces are not to be framed under glass. They are finished with a varnish used to protect them from dirt, dust, and pollution in the environment. The varnish homogenizes the final appearance of the painting, making the gloss even across the medium.

It should be noted that all paintings are 11"x14" on stretched cotton canvas.
