Thank you for your patience. I have been working so hard to get items on for sale.
This weekend is our Etsy Weekend. My Daddy-O has been working so late and has not been able to work his second job (Etsy)(LOL) so.... starting tomorrow (Friday) we will be rockin' and a rollin'! Please take a moment to read the bio, I sure would appreciate it. You Kittens' and Daddy-0s' have a super-groovy weekend!

Payment
Payment via PayPal is preferred however I will accept most other methods of payment. If payment is made via PayPal, full payment is expected within three days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. If paying by any other method, please specify which method you are using and make payment in full within 7 days of purchase. Please note that if paying by check or money order, I will not ship your item(s) until payment has cleared my bank.

Please note that sales tax will be added to your purchase if you live in Colorado. The tax rate varies with the city / county, the minimum tax is 2.9% and the maximum is 4.35%
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy! So please, for any reason let me know if you are not happy with your purchase and I will make it right! If you want a refund, I will gladly do so, (there are a few exceptions see below) please keep in mind less the shipping charges.
Remember, there is always a solution to any problem and I will always do my best to make sure you are happy!

Just a few thoughts.... Please contact me with seven day of your received purchase if there is a problem. For breakable items I wrap items very carefully and secure but once they leave my hands, I do not have control over them. So for breakables, expensive items, I would suggest that you purchase additional insurance, which just would make life easier in case something beyond our control happened.

I like to convo to be sure you know your item has been sent, and if you would kindly leave me a feedback when you received it, that will let me know your item has safely arrived to its new home!

If I do a "custom item", and it has a name or date on it, something that I would not be able to re-sell, that will have to be a no return. But again, convo me, I am always willing to work with you!
