Can I customize the wording on my order?

Yes, definitely! The wording can be changed on all files (except instant downloads). You will want to make sure to provide us with all of your wording changes in the 'Notes' section at checkout.

What is your current lead time?

Our current lead times are:

1 - 2 business days for digital invitation files and coordinates
3 - 4 business days for maps

Printing lead times are:

1 - 2 business days for digital proof
3 - 4 business days for printing upon accepted proof by customer
2 - 3 business days for shipping via USPS once printing is complete

We do our best to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. If you are in need of your order sooner than the lead times listed above, please message us prior to ordering and we will let you know how quickly we can get it back to you.

How do I send you my invitation/order details?

You will send us your details in the 'Notes' section upon checkout. If you forget to do so, you can always send us a message through Etsy after purchasing with all of your important details.

Will I get a proof of my digital file?

Upon ordering, we will send you a high resolution print ready file with the information you've provided. If we have made errors or if there have been event changes out of your control please let us know and we will update your file.

Can I get a proof prior to ordering?

We do not send any proofs prior to receiving an order otherwise we would be doing all of the work up front without any guarantee of order or payment. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Can I get a blank invitation file to fill in myself?

No, we do not send any blank invitation files in order to protect our work. Please be sure you submit your invitation wording in the 'Notes' section at checkout.

FAQ'S

Can I customize the wording on my order?

Yes, definitely! The wording can be changed on all files (except instant downloads) provided the wording changes fit within the design purchased. You will want to make sure to provide us with all of your wording changes in the 'Notes' section at checkout.

Can I customize the colors on my order?

Yes, most orders (except instant downloads) can have color customizations done for free! There are a few digital files in the shop that don't allow for color changes, but they say so right on the listing. Be sure to read through the listing you are interested in before purchasing. If you are still unsure, you can always send us a message!

Can I change the font used on the invitation?

If you want the font on the invitation changed, you will need to message us prior to purchasing to find out if we can accommodate that request. We will need to know the font name you want so we can find out if it is something available for our use. Please do not ask for font changes at the time of order unless you've already talked with us first!

What is your current lead time?

Digital invitation files:
1 - 2 business days

Printed invitations:
1 - 2 business days for digital proof
3 - 4 business days for printing upon accepted proof

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payments can be made through Etsy via PayPal or by credt card upon checkout. Please note that if you pay by echeck through PayPal it can take 3 - 5 business days for your payment to clear. We don't begin working on your order until your payment has cleared!
Shipping
No physical items will be shipped unless you have purchased prints or printing. All files will be transmitted electronically to the email address associated with your Etsy account. If you need the items sent to a different email address please let us know upon checkout. Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see the order in your inbox before messaging us... every now and then our emails end up there!

If you have purchased printing, we ship USPS Priority Mail. We currently only ship to the United States and do not ship internationally. Printed orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please be sure to confirm this is correct before submitting your order. If you need your order to ship to an address other than the shipping address on file, you must provide that information at the time of order.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds will be given on any electronic files emailed to you or prints.

Please be sure to read through the listing you are interested in and our shop policies as most questions are answered right here on our shop. BUSINESS HOURS

Our business hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday PST. We still check in, send orders and answer emails after those hours and on weekends, but please don't count on it!

CUSTOM ORDERS

Looking for something we don't have? Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We love to do custom orders!

ORDER CHANGES

If you want to make changes to your order after you have already received your files, additional charges will apply. Once we send you a complete product with everything you've requested upon checkout your order is considered complete. We are more than happy to accommodate changes at the time of order, but please understand that changes after we've worked on your order require the same amount of time (or sometimes more) as the original order.

We understand that things happen beyond your control and the party details may change at the last minute. We will not charge additional fees for the following changes: date/time, location and/or RSVP contact info.

BLANK INVITATION FILES

We do not send blank invitation files in order to protect our work. The wording for your invitation must be sent to us in order for us to fulfill your order.

ORDER REVIEW

Please be sure to review your digital file before printing to ensure we've got all your information as you provided upon ordering. If we've made a mistake, just let us know and we will get it fixed for you right away!

COMMERCIAL USE

Our items are for personal use only and are not permitted for commercial use unless a commercial use agreement has been worked out in advance of purchase.

COLORS

Please note that due to variances in color monitors and printers, the color may look different when you print than how it appears on your computer screen. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee color output on digital files. Paper type and printer settings can affect color output and may need to be adjusted.

Due to monitor variances, printed orders you receive may vary slightly in color from what you see in the listing sample and digital proof.

RGB vs. CMYK

All of our files are created in RGB. You must check with your printer to make sure that they print in RGB. If they need CMYK, please let us know and we would be happy to send you a CMYK color file.

FILE SETUP

Our digital files will either be sent as a JPEG or PDF. Bleed lines, cut lines, etc... will not be provided unless they are requested by you at checkout. It is your responsibility to check with your printer to find out their specific print requirements before ordering!
