    Returns and exchanges
    Refunds will only be given for canceled orders if notified immediately. {All other orders will be sent as scheduled.}

    If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please message us immediately so we can discuss any and all possible solutions.

    In the case of damage or loss, a claim must be made on your behalf with the shipping company {USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.}. Please notify us if this happens.
    •BeckyCharms & Co. accepts and prefers PayPal. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

    •Payment is due at time of purchase. No items will be mailed, shipped, sent, or delivered without receipt of payment.

    •BeckyCharms & Co. is located in San Diego, CA, therefore tax will be collected on all orders within the state of California {only CA}.

    •If you change your mind and would like to change your order, please notify us immediately, as orders are sometimes shipped the same day.

    •If no payment has been received after 24 hours, your order will be canceled. {unless we have received notice from you, and special arrangements have been agreed upon}
    •USPS First-Class Mail is the favored shipping method by BeckyCharms & Co.
    {We will ship any method you prefer, just notify us prior to checking out for pricing}

    All shipping costs are listed for each item. We will happily combine shipping on multiple purchases that are being shipped to the same address.

    Most purchases are shipped out within 2 business days from the time payment is received. {We will contact you if anything changes}

    Your country may charge customs and/or import fees, for which you {the customer} are responsible. BeckyCharms & Co. will not mark package as "Gift", for this is Illegal in the United States of America.
