The final product was beautiful but the communication was unfortunately terrible! I would receive responses a week later and only select questions would be responded to. No tracking information was given even after asking for it and I asked for a simple note to say it was from me, but they disregarded that too. Never experienced so much communication problems on Etsy. So unfortunate.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
I do not accept refunds, or returns, on prints, digital prints, custom items, certain pillows and phone cases. If something happens on my end during shipping, I will replace your order free of charge. If something happens to your order once it has left my shop and you are unhappy with it upon receipt, please message me ASAP and I will be more than willing to discuss any issue or concern you may have.

Item(s) will be shipped after payment has been received and cleared. Thank you.
Shipping
All prints are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in your hands the exact same way as when they left mine. Since I do not print the photos myself, please allow time as they are printed at a professional printing shop out of town. I do ship worldwide however it is up to you, the buyer, to pay for any customs charges and/or duty fees that may occur.

APPROX SHIPPING TIMES...
Europe: 2-4 weeks
USA: 10-14 days

Everywhere Else: 2-6 weeks (depending on the country)

*Although I am located in Canada, your items will be coming to you from the U.S.A. I use a professional print lab for my photographic & typographic art prints and a design/print company to get my creations onto the fabric of pillows, etc. Customers outside of the U.S.A. may be subject to customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries and with that said, customers are responsible for said fees. Most shipping companies consider a package "lost" if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. I will ship/refund replacements only after the full six weeks. Thank you for understanding.
