1 out of 5 starsWORST EXPERIENCE!!!! SENT THE WRONG CURL!!! THEN I REALIZED THAT THE HAIR WASNT ONLY PROCESSED BUT IS ALSO A BLEND!! AFTER JUST RINSING THE HAIR WITH WATER VERY GENTLY THE HAIR SMELT LIKE BAD PERM..... AND IT WAS RUFF!!!!! MAYBE THEY GET THEY HAIR FROM A 3RD PARTY!!!!! HOWEVER THEY WANT ME TO SEND THE HAIR BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKING IN ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND!!!!
1. ITS GONNA COST TO SHIP IT BACK!
2. THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS IN THE TRASH!!!
3. I HONESTLY FEEL THEY KNEW THAT HAIR WASNT REALLY WHAT I ORDERED BUT JUST DIDN'T KNOW MY WHOLE FAMILY DOES HAIR I WAS JUST TRYING TO GIVE THEM AN HONEST CHANCE!!!!
