Our furniture is made from beechwood, a robust and beautiful hardwood with a smooth and consistent grain. We use very high-quality beechwood for painted and stained items, ensuring you receive the same level of excellence regardless of the finish. To guarantee the structural integrity of our furniture, we ship it fully assembled and securely packed in large boxes. We and the carrier ensure that every item we send is delivered safely. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you throughout the entire ordering and receiving process.
We take pride in being one of American Girl® Stores' happy customers, but we have no affiliation with them other than that.
