Frequently asked questions

When will my order be shipped?

Once payment is complete, your item will be shipped within the fulfillment time stated on the product description page (please, read description before ordering!). Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered item. All products are printed by demand. Should some delay occur you will be notified. The mug rugs are handmade by me and so, I ship them directly. You will receive a shipping notification email when your package has been shipped.
Orders are shipped via First Class through the United States Postal Service, which typically takes 3-7 business days.

I received the wrong item! or My mug arrived broken!

Not a problem! If it was my error I will fix it! Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. You must send a photo of the item with the shipping label and packaging.

All mugs are packaged in boxes with protective material but if your mug arrives damaged follow these steps and I will work with you to solve this issue:
- You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send me a photo of the damage mug WITH the receipt slip AND the package.
- Keep all the above just in case USPS requires them to be brought into the post office for inspection.

Can I exchange my item?

I accept exchanges for t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies ONLY (if not personalized). Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and send the item back to me within 14 days of delivery. I do not do exchanges out of this time frame. Customer is responsible for paying shipping cost and for returning item in its original condition (new and unwashed with tag). Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if item is not returned in original condition.
Please contact me if there's any issue before sending any item back or before writing a review. I make myself accessible to my customers and I return all messages and emails in a timely manner. I take pride in my excellent customer service and I strive to maintain open communication with buyers.

I purchased a personalized item but the name was printed incorrectly or misspelled.

The customer is responsible for entering the name to be printed on the item by entering it in the "personalization" field. Please check and make sure you have it spelled right. Name will be printed exactly the way it shows in that field.
If the error was on my side I will fix it right away. We are not responsible for incorrect personalization if the buyer entered name without checking first. Personalized items cannot be returned.
So, PLEASE check spelling before ordering!
All details of the order,including options chosen and personalization entered are recorded on the receipt and can be accessed by me and by the customer in case any issues arise.

Shipping address must be accurate!

Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. Orders are shipped to the address provided on the checkout page. Once the order is confirmed and sent to the production partner, it will be shipped to the address provided. It is best to accept the USPS suggested address at checkout if offered to ensure delivery.
We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect address given by the buyer.

I ordered multiple items but I only received one so far...

Expect items to be shipped separately if you purchased multiple/different items from my shop. I make and ship the mug rugs directly while my production partner (print shop) ships the shirts and mugs. In this case, I will keep you updated on details. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions as well!

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

- Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products we don’t offer returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact me within 24h of receiving it and I will work with you! You can contact me via Etsy convo or email me at: beeablessingbyaly@gmail.com. Be prepared to send me a photo of the item with packing slip if there's a printing issue or if it arrives damaged.
- I accept cancellations but you must contact me within 4 hours of purchase because once I send the item to my production partner and it goes in fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.
