Bee hotels are usually populated by wild bees. Unlike honey bees, most wild bees are solitary and do not form colonies. The increasing density of human population makes it difficult for them to find food and suitable nesting sites. They need nesting tubes for their offspring. Bee hotels are becoming increasingly important for the survival of wild bees, but the ones you can find in shops are often not suitable for them, and the correct ones might not suit your garden or balcony decor. That's when we come in!

Bees also need water, especially when the temperatures are high and it's hard to find. You can help them by providing a bee bath, a shallow water containter with elements on which bees can securely sit while drinking.
