Hi there & welcome to Bee and Daisy...custom printable party decorations & invitations!!
Please take a moment to read through our shop policy page. At the bottom you will also find a list of frequently asked questions...feel free to browse these as well prior to purchase to find answers to many questions that you may have. Your purchase is your agreement to the following policies & answers.
Monday through Friday (Central Time)
We will complete orders and answer questions at various times through out the day, depending on our family's schedule. All orders will be completed by the end of the day (12 am) however. Allow 1-2 days for messages to be answered at times. Orders will be completed according to our stated turn around time only.
**All items will be available for purchase on weekends and holidays, but we will not be answering questions or filling orders during this time. Expect business to resume on Monday or the day after a holiday. Thank you for understanding and allowing us time for family and worship.
There are times that we will take a vacation or personal days. During this time our shop will be placed on vacation mode or we will choose to leave only instant download items for sale. Items will return as soon as we do!
Payment is at the time of purchase. We accept paypal & credit card payments via etsy checkout only.
(Echeck purchases will not be able to access our instant download items until payment has cleared!! This could take up to 2 weeks. Keep this in mind when purchasing.)
SHOP TURN AROUND TIMES:
TURN AROUND TIMES AS STATED IN THE LISTING:
• Three (3) BUSINESS days (M-F ONLY) for invitations & personalized upgrades. NO rush requests are accepted or honored unless you purchased the rush order upgrade!!

Up to 7 business days plus shipping time (see listing for exact times). Expedited processing is available for an additional charge. Processing times DO NOT include the invitation design time of up to 3 days. Weekends are not included in times.
Allow 2-3 days.
Allow 1 business day from the time that you send your info and photo if using one WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RUSH TIME.
• All other items, please see the listing that you purchased for times.
*We are closed on weekends and holidays so please do not count them in your turn around time. Messages will not be answered during this time either. PLEASE ALLOW THE FULL STATED TIME BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT YOUR ORDER. We do state the turn around time within each listing (usually more than once) so everyone should be aware of how long your order may take before you purchase. We do not accept requests for rush orders unless you purchased the rush order upgrade. We will not place your order in front of another customers just because you have a last minute order. We cannot be held responsible for those that order too close to their party date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom and digital nature of our items, the following refund policy will be in place, no exceptions:
•INVITATIONS - If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. If we have completed your order, the sale is final and no refunds or cancellations will be given. Revision fees are below and take up to 2-3 business days.
•INSTANT DOWNLOAD ITEMS - The sale is final upon purchase. No refunds or cancellations.
•PRINTED ITEMS - Please proof carefully! Once your approval to print has been given all sales are final. It is up to you to let us know asap if you need a change.
REVISION FEES -
•Our Error - Free
•1st Revision of wording NOT due to our error- Free
•Additional revisions of wording NOT due to our error - $2 per revision
•Photo Switch or Multiple Photos to Proof - $2 per photo change
•Non-Photo to Photo after order is completed - $8
•Invite size switch after order is completed - $8 (ie:4x6 to 5x7)
(Revisions are for changes on 1 invitation, not to complete an additional party invite)
Certain designs with complex wording or font styles will be changed when the wording is not the same or does not flow as the sample shows. Be aware that you can choose your wording, but if you do not stay close to the line allowance, your invitation will be adjusted to fit your phrase in. Also, longer or shorter names may appear differently than the name in the sample. We apologize, but this cannot be helped. Please know that we will do our best to create the best possible looking invitation for you no matter the wording used!

Additional Policies and FAQs
**The following contains a list of questions that are asked the most. If you have a question feel free to read through here to see if your question is listed. If you don't find it, feel free to ask. We try to be as detailed as possible to avoid misunderstandings later!**
♦Q: DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS OR DESIGN CHANGE REQUESTS?
A: No, we no longer accept custom orders or changes to our designs. Our items are sold as shown only.
♦Q: DO YOU MAKE PROOFS PRIOR TO PURCHASE?
A: No, proofs are completed after purchase only.
♦Q: WHAT ARE YOUR DEFAULT SIZES FOR INVITES AND DECOR?
A: Invites are available in size 5x7.
♦Q: HOW MANY INVITATIONS WILL I GET?
A: You print as many as you need from the digital file that our listings are for. Printing upgrades are available in our shop.
♦Q: HOW MANY OF EACH ITEM IS INCLUDED IN YOUR DECORATION SETS?
A: You print as many or as few of the items that you need!
♦Q: HOW AND WHERE DO I SEND MY INFO TO YOU?
A: Orders without photos can send their info within the message to seller in your shopping cart at purchase. Orders with photos, please send an Etsy conversation message containing the full size photo and info.
* Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY INVITATION OR PERSONALIZED DECOR?
A: Your full size invitation file will be sent to you via Etsy conversation message. This is the same file that would be emailed but it allows us to ensure that it did make it to you. We will no longer be emailing files for proof of delivery reasons. Simply follow our instructions to download, save, and print.
♦Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DECORATION ORDER?
A: You can instantly download our items within your Etsy account. Just follow our listing description for instructions. Personalized items will be sent via Etsy message within 3 days.
♦Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LISTING?
A: You get everything that is mentioned in the listing. Please read in full before purchasing.
♦Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO ASSEMBLE THE DECORATIONS?
A: Simple craft items & the ability to cut, paste, and use a hole punch! It's really that simple! I give you detailed instructions with your purchase. Basic items needed are scissors, paper/cardstock/photo paper to print on or a printing service, glue or paste. Other items that customers may choose to use are: hole punch, 2" craft punch, ribbon, toothpicks or similar. It's up to you, depending on which items you choose to use.
♦Q: CAN I RESELL THE ITEMS OR CLIP ART?
A: NO!!! My designs are protected by copyright laws so please do not think you can purchase & make a few bucks off of my hard work. DO NOT copy our designs and sell them as your own idea either.
♦Q: DO YOU SELL COMMERCIAL LICENSE?
A: No, sorry! No one is allowed to profit from my desings in anyway.
♦Q: I AM A PROFESSIONAL PARTY PLANNER. CAN I USE MY ITEMS AT AN EVENT THAT I AM PLANNING?
A: Only if you or your customer purchases the items for you to use at that event ONLY! You may not use my items at multiple parties or profit from my designs in anyway. Please remember to credit & link back to Bee and Daisy if you post photos to any website, blog, social media, or any other public viewing.
♦Q. WHAT RESOLUTION ARE YOUR ITEMS?
A. I create the items at 300ppi.
♦Q. CAN I USE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO FOR MY INVITATION?
A. Yes, but only if you have written permission to use that photo. I am not responsible for customers that use copyrighted material without permission. Submitting the photo is your agreement that you do have permission to use it or are the photographer.
♦Q. CAN I PRINT AT A PROFESSIONAL PRINT SHOP?
A. Yes, you can print at any printer of your choice. However, I am not responsible for printing or the finished product. You may not save the items on any public computer.
♦Q. IS THE COLOR ON THE SCREEN THE COLOR THAT WILL PRINT?
A. Monitor and printer settings do vary so the color that you are seeing on the screen may not be the color that prints out. We are not responsible for these settings.
♦Q. CAN I PRINT AT FULL BLEED OR WITH A SAFE AREA?
A. Our items are NOT designed to be printed with a safe area. If you choose to print this way, we are not responsible for the outcome. If you know before that you are going to be printing with a company that requires full bleed or a safe area, please let me know & I can design it with this in mind for an additional $5.
♦Q. CAN I POST PHOTOS OF YOUR ITEMS ONLINE?
A. Sure, but please give credit where credit is due. If you post photos to a website, blog, social media site, etc be sure that you credit Bee and Daisy for the design & link back to our etsy shop. Please do not claim the work as your own!!
♦Q. CAN I BUY THE CLIP ART OR PATTERNS TO USE IN MY OWN DESIGNS?
A. No. Our items are for personal party use only.
♦Q. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO UNZIP THE ITEMS?
A. This is simply extracting or removing the individual files from a large file containing all of the compressed items. We zip (or compress) the items because they are designed at a large size and we included so many items in our collections that the original size of these items is larger that upload limits. In order to allow you to download them faster and to stay within upload limits, we have zipped the files. Unzipping is simple, fast, and with our suggested software and software trials…free! Have a detailed question? Just ask!
♦Q. CAN I USE THE INVITATION FILE AS AN EVITE?
A. NO! We do not allow electronic forwarding of our items in anyway. Clip art can be extracted, items reused, etc so we do not allow customers to use our items as evites any longer. Anyone found violating this will be prosecuted.

I do try my best to make each customer happy, as long as it is inline with the shop policies and the listing description. Please do not leave poor reviews because you are unhappy with a policy or failed to read our listings and ask questions prior to purchase.
