Separation from the Norm
I am a chemist by training, a mother and a person with sensitive skin. After working in the field of organic chemistry for over 10 years, I discovered an even more enjoyable form of chemistry in my own kitchen. It was a natural progression to blend my love of chemistry with natural high quality ingredients to create handcrafted bath and body products. I found that it is the perfect blend of my chemistry training, my love of handcrafting and my environmental ethics that drive my passion for "The Green Rift" to succeed. I truly believe that “Less is More”.
[Inspiration & Research]
Can strike at any moment ~ picking - fruits, herbals, essentials, nature, pleasant smells, or the unexpected...a simple conversation with a friend.
[Design & Development]
I make, assemble, wrap, ship, market, develop new product, design my own packaging, and do my own product photography. All of my products are handcrafted by me in small batches, with mainly natural, high quality body-safe ingredients, no unnecessary preservatives, no dyes, and no animal testing. If a product is vegan (which means no animal products, including beeswax), I have noted it as such.
