4 out of 5 starsI've never been amazing at sewing, so my first bat came out a bit derpy. I was really grateful there was a video in addition to the step-by-step tutorial, because sometimes I got lost! You get more than you expect here. Very well put together.

The Story Behind The Stuffies
Hello there, I’m Brittany Zerkle, the owner and creative force behind BeeZeeArt. It has always been a dream of mine to support myself with my artistic abilities. In April 2012 I discovered Etsy and, with it, the tools I needed to share my quirky stuffed creations with the world.
Since then my studio has grown by leaps and bounds and my work can be found in every U.S. state and over 40 countries worldwide. In 2014 I graduated with a BFA from Kendall College of Art and Design and chose to pursue plush making full time. I'm excited to see where this artistic adventure takes me!
My inspiration comes from my own love of animals, anime and gaming culture, and the knowledge that something as simple as a stuffed animal can change someone’s life. I try to find that perfect balance in my work that is cute and simplified without being over the top.

Care instructions
My plushies are all handmade and should be treated with care. Spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash with mild soap. Air dry in a sunny spot. If the plush is very soiled you may attempt to run it through the washing machine on a delicate cycle with the plush in a garment bag or pillowcase. However, this is not recommended.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
Items that are unclaimed, incorrectly addressed, or refused will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping, when (or if) they are returned to my possession. Unfortunately if they are not returned, I cannot offer a refund.
Double check your address before placing your order to insure it is correct (including unit number, street suffix, etc). All orders will be shipped to the address provided exactly as written with no changes, I operate under the assumption you know your address best.
Please use your legal name as appearing on your photo ID whenever possible. I'm happy to ship to another name, but cannot be held responsible if you are unable to retrieve your package as a result.
Do you do commissions? / Can you make me a __ plush?
I do not do commissions, custom orders, etc. Only the items you see in my store are available. You can check www.beezeeart.com for my full range of products, not everything I make is listed on Etsy.
Why are the prices lower in your main store vs. Etsy?
My prices reflect the costs of selling on each platform, Etsy has higher costs associated with it so you'll see discounted prices when purchasing directly from me.
Can I get a refund on my digital download? / I didn't know this was not a finished product. / I bought a digital download on accident.
No, digital downloads are all non-refundable. Digital downloads are all clearly labeled as such in the images, titles, and descriptions. Please read what you are purchasing before purchasing it to avoid any disappointment.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I do not. All my orders are packaged the same way, regardless of whether or not they are gifts. I do not include a printed receipt with a price in any order if this is a concern. (International orders do have prices displayed on the shipping label. This is required by customs and import laws and not something I can change.)
As such, I also do not honor requests for gift messaging, gift wrapping, or similar requests in the notes to seller section at checkout.
Why do I need to acknowledge I'm buying a digital pattern? How do I do this?
Due to the high volume of people not fully reading what they are purchasing, I now require customers to verify that they understand their purchase. Simply enter something like "I understand" in the personalization box for the listing. I know this can be an annoying extra step, but it cuts down on the number of people purchasing thinking they are receiving a finished stuffed animal instead of a non-refundable digital product.
