My Sky. My Limit.

Welcome to my creative little hive!

My name is Melissa, the meaning of which is "Honey Bee" rewarding me with a nickname of Bee I've held for quite some time. My shop's name steams from this meaning & nickname, deeming this shop full of my creations Beee's Beads(:

I love to use raw stones & crystals in a majority of my work. Casual & unique bohemian styled pieces are my main goals when creating jewelry. The deeper healing aspects of these crystals has been something that I have always been intrigued by & I try to represent their spiritual aspect in my designs. Explanations of each selected stone's healing energy & additional benefits are always available in descriptions & information cards to advance my customer's knowledge of the breathtaking crystals I'm privileged to work with every day of my life.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't also a huge fan of color, sparkle, & just all around fun, eye catching baubles. Jewelry that earns you compliments are the best kind, & I strive to produce pieces that accomplish just that! Themed pieces can also be seen within my shop. Returns and exchange details
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ||| NO REFUNDS//RETURNS.

I make sure to cover all the details in my descriptions, so please make sure to READ THE ENTIRE LISTING carefully! All measurements are listed for every aspect of an item, please check them for your own knowledge. Images are taken to capture detail of each piece of jewelry & by doing so will cause the pieces to appear slightly larger with close up shots. There are very few situations where "Buyer's Remorse" is applicable for exchange. Photographs are detailed & descriptions are clear, I make sure customers know exactly what they're getting if all the information is properly acknowledged & read.

REPAIRS:
If an item appears defective or breaks within TWO WEEKS (14 business days) of arrival, please contact me ASAP. Do not hesitate to contact me if unfortunately this should occur, after the designated time of TWO WEEKS, this is no longer an option. Int'l customer repairs will be determined by the cost of the item in question, & rather a refund for the items price or replacement would better remedy the situation. Photo evidence of damage will be requested upon notification of the issues at hand. If you cannot provide photographic evidence of the damage in question I can not assist you. After the time frame of 2 weeks (14 Business Days), wear & tear is subject to the buyer's use & can no longer be the seller's responsibility.

EXCHANGES:
Beee's Beads may choose to accept exchanges at a case by case discretion. If an exchange is accepted the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the item to the seller & also the shipping of the new item. An exchange item must be unused/worn & in it's original packaging with no damage. Earrings are not applicable for exchanges. Exchanges are for item of equal or lesser value of the first item purchased. For items of higher cost, the exchanged item's value will be deducted & then the difference will be required to be paid before shipment.

DAMAGED//LOST PACKAGES:
All items are packaged securely within a gift box & padded bubble mailer.
Once the item(s) leave my hands at the post office & until it gets into your procession, it is the US Postal Service's responsibility. If something should unfortunately happen, please contact your local post office for options & open a claim with the USPS. If you purchased insurance & your item arrives damaged please contact me via your order invoice so that we can work on opening your claim ASAP. If you packaged is insured & your item doesn't arrive within it's time frame, please contact me as well. Items need to be missing in the mail for 21 US days & 45 INT'L days before they can officially be considered "LOST" & a claim can then be filed/opened. IF your item's tracking is updated "DELIVERED" but you did not receive the item please contact the USPS & report this incident to them. If the packaged is insured but marked delivered I cannot file a claim until the USPS declares the package undelivered/missing, etc.


PURCHASING THE INSURED POSTAGE DURING CHECKOUT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Please keep in mind that Beee's Beads is not responsible for lost/damaged orders via the post. Consider the extra couple dollars an affordable back up plan if the worst should happen. This is HIGHLY recommended for International orders!
TO ADD INSURANCE: Select the “insured postage” option from the drop down menu during the checkout process. An additional $1 for US orders & $2 for International insures your entire order, up to $500.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:
If you choose not to purchase the insured postage option, please be aware that Beee's Beads is not responsible for Lost or damaged packages within the USPS system. This meaning that after an order is processed, securely packaged, & picked up by the USPS I am no longer in control as a shop owner. Postage is paid to the USPS for them to deliver on their shipping estimates & also take care of a package. If a package should go missing, it must remain lost in the system & undelivered for a maximum of 21 business days for US orders, & 45 business days for international orders before it is officially considered "LOST". After those dates pass it is then recommended for the buyer to contact the post that the item was last scanned at (USPS for US orders, INT'l postal services will vary depending on each country) & file for a tracer & investigation. You will need to provide the post with your tracking number (found on your order invoice) for assistance.

PRIORITY ORDERS:
IF you purchase priority shipping, & the USPS does not follow through on the 1-3 DAYS, you need to make a formal complaint with the USPS. I am not the postal service! Once an item is created, packaged, & dropped off at the post office I am not longer in control. Beee's Beads is in no way at fault for shipping issues after the package is scanned into the USPS system & leaves my hands.


REFUSED PACKAGES:
If you order accumulates customs fees & you refuse to accept the item upon delivery, the package will then be returned to sender. IF/WHEN a package is returned back to me It will be opened & inspected for damage. If you choose to have you order resent, return postage will be required. If you decide you do not want the package at all the original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded minus any shipping charges originally paid & also minus a 25% RESTOCKING FEE for refused packages. If the order is lost while in route for return, Beee's Beads is not responsible. Refusing a package is the buyers decision & risk.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
International orders come with delivery confirmation, which means the tracking number that is provided when your shipping label is printed will update "delivered" once your package makes it to it's intended destination. A majority of the time tracking numbers will only update with information until the package leaves the US & will have one final update once delivered. Orders to Canada & the UK will sometimes show more detailed tracking, but that can not be guaranteed. These tracking numbers are selective of how much they will updated/track, varying from country to country.

JEWELRY CARE

☼ Do not expose your jewelry to water! it may cause the adhesive to weaken &/or components to prematurely change colors.

☼ Do not wear your jewelry to bed, or in the shower.

☼ All costume and fashion jewelry will change color over time. Proper care will delay & extend the life of your jewelry.

☼ Keep away from perfumes and body lotions, especially sunscreen. Put on jewelry after any make up application.

☼ Store in a dry place & clean with a polishing cloth.

☼ Store away from sunlight, dampness, & open air.

☼ All jewelry should be treated in a gentle & delicate way, as ruff use will result in breakage/damage of your item. Remove jewelry when preforming tasks, & DO NOT wear such items during contact sports.

☼ If damage should occur from negative treatment of you jewelry, Kamira Designs is not responsible for replacement.

CUSTOM ORDERS

❤ I am always open to custom orders! I will try to the best of my ability to create what you have in mind. You can either send me a standard message here on Etsy, or click the "Custom Order" request button {located on the left hand side of my shop} to start the process. Prices will differ for each request & how intricate the process may be.

❤ PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE A COMMISSION IS STARTED.
Once you pay for your custom order the payment is non-refundable & cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fact that supplies may need to be ordered specifically for you piece & I will be using your payment to purchase said supplies.
