2 out of 5 starsI have not used this pattern yet, but emailed the seller 3 days ago with a question on the pattern and have not heard back. Not good customer service in my book

I have e-mailed this customer three times and she responded only to the first e-mail. I have given her a complete refund for this order. I would like to hear back from her and work this out.
