5 out of 5 starsThese bag straps are beautiful - very high quality and even better than I expected. Rosita is amazing. She responds really quickly, I think the best I've ever experienced. Also, I wanted a colour that wasn't in the item and she was able to supply exactly what I wanted. Postage to Australia from the Ukraine is really slow, but worth the wait and I don't hold that against Rosita. I would definitely purchase from her again and I can't recommend her highly enough.
