Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
Returns are subject to the following restrictions:
1. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 7 business days for US purchases and within 30 days for international.

2. Item must be returned via the original shipping method with tracking and insurance. Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

3. The item must be in its original condition, unworn & unaltered.

4. Layaway purchases are non-returnable.

5. Earrings and jewelry with inlay are non-returnable.

6. Items purchased at a sale / discounted price are non-returnable.

7. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be refused.

8. Tamper proof warranty tags must be in tact.

9. Refunds reflect purchase price minus shipping charges.

Return Security
Multiple and additional photos are taken of each and every item prior to sale and prior to shipping. In many cases I video the packaging process so that we are both protected if an insurance claim becomes necessary. I am also able to positively identify any damages or differences to an item after shipment for this reason.
This helps assure that you receive the item that I sent in the same condition as advertised, and helps assure that if there are any problems, that I receive insurance claim reimbursement by being able to prove that the item was sent in good condition.

Clear, unaltered photos may be requested prior to a return agreement.

All returns are opened and documented in the presence of post office officials to prevent fraud.

Please note that the item in the photographs may be larger or smaller in actuality. The photographs do not represent true size. Refer to the description for physical dimensions and message me if you have any questions.
No holds or reserves without a down payment.

Layaway is available for items over $100 with a 20% Non-refundable deposit.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of putting an item on hold.

I work with customers individually to work out a payment schedule that suits both of us. A payment must be made each month.

Items must be paid in full within 3 months of the initial down payment.

Layaway purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sale pricing does not apply to layaway purchases.

I do accept USPS money orders. Any payment made through the mail must be received within 14 business days following purchase.
Items are shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

First class, priority and express shipping methods are available .

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These, and any additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures can cause delivery delays.

Alterations & Repairs
I do not reimburse for sizing, alterations or repairs of any kind for any reason.
If an item becomes damaged after you have used it, you, as the owner, are responsible for that damage. Jewelry that has been bumped, exposed to moisture, extreme heat or cold, or has been improperly adjusted can easily end up damaged.

Sizing Details
I no longer offer sizing services. For the perfect fit, sizing is best done by your local jeweler.
Returns/refunds are not available for items that have been altered or sized.

Purchasing Vintage Earrings
All of the vintage earrings sold here at Bejeweled Emporium have been steam cleaned and sanitized using a professional sanitizing solution made specifically for jewelry. Because of this cleaning and sanitizing process, earrings are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

Customs Fees
Customs fees are the buyers responsibility. I will not alter shipping labels to avoid fees.

Caring for Inlay Jewelry
Remove your inlay jewelry before washing dishes, showering/bathing, swimming or working with your hands.
Also avoid exposing your inlay jewelry to lotion, chemicals or extreme temperature changes and prolonged exposure to water.
Inadvertent "banging" or sudden impact of the stones may damage the stones or cause them to fall out.
DO NOT try to adjust your inlay bracelets.
If a stone falls out, keep it and have it reset by an experienced silversmith. If you need recommendations, feel free to contact me.
Due to the delicate nature of inlay, Inlay jewelry is non returnable.

Gemstones may be natural or synthetic and are priced accordingly. Each is tested with a presidium tester but I have no way of knowing which is which.

Jeweler verifications/appraisals are available upon request for a non refundable fee of $150 to be paid at the time of purchase.
