Custom and personalized orders
The figures are made of cold porcelain, in Brazil, it's known as biscuit! And no, they're not edible! Cold porcelain is a type of Clay, much alike polymer Clay. They're strong and resistent, and can be used as decoration for years long!
Care instructions
Keep it away from dust and sunlight, and never use water to clean it. You can clean it with a dry cloth or toothbrush! And don't leave It exposed in a place where It could fall and break. If you follow these, your figures will last forever!
Sizing details
The sizes may vary depending on the final design of your cake topper, but they generally are about 12-15cm tall (4,5-6 inches).
Processing Time
Please check how the processing time is set at the moment on the listings. Time may be longer or shorter depending on the amount of orders I have at the moment, but it's usually around 3-4 weeks + delivery time (8-20 days for most countries). Always make sure that we have enough time until your wedding before you place your order.
Will my dress look exactly like the real one?
No! I do my best to try and copy the dress as close as the real one I can. This also applies to suits, hairstyles, and any other customizable details.
Are the figures going to look like me?
The figures will always follow the modelling style that you choose from the listings. It's not possible to make it look like a real human face, or change their body/face structure.
Do you accept returns? What if my order has a shipping delay?
We do not accept returns, unless it arrives damaged. We are also not responsible for shipment delays.
