Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries!
If you have any problems shipping to a specific country, just reach out and we'll try our best to sort it out for you.
What is your processing time?
We have a 3-10 working day processing time for all our orders before they are shipped out.
This is because it takes time for us to handcraft and personalize all of our orders, and we try to produce our items to a high standard.
To this end, we also have a Quality Control department that checks our orders before they are dispatched.
Do you accept returns?
As all of our items are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
However, if we have made a mistake with your order, or the order arrives damaged, we are happy to make you a replacement or offer a refund.
Are all of your items customizable?
Almost all of our items are customizable, featuring custom engravings, birthstones and more!
If you have a specific request that is not included in our standard personalization options, please feel free to reach out, and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.
How do I care for my items?
Our care instructions are included in the descriptions for our listings.
We recommend that you do not wear the jewelry in the shower, or expose it to strong chemicals, such as jewelry cleaning chemicals and perfumes.
You should also avoid excessive sweating while wearing the jewelry.
This is because despite the fact that we use pure Sterling Silver 925 for most of our items, it can still get oxidised and tarnish. We include a silver polishing cloth with our orders which can be used to clean the jewelry, but this cannot help with chemical tarnishing or scratches.
Our Gold and Rose Gold plated items can also be affected by strong chemicals and wear-and-tear, since they are not made of solid gold and are just plated.
