Frequently asked questions
What materials do you use?
Most of our jewelry is handmade using 14kt gold fill, rose gold fill & fine sterling silver chains, clasps and components.
14k gold fill is a beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold as it is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold plated. It is extremely durable, won't chip or flake and is tarnish resistant.
Our jewelry wears extremely well. With proper care it can last years.
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish on some people, but it can easily be polished back to its original shine very easily.
We have some vermeil gemstone pendants (sterling silver heavily dipped in 14k gold). Each listing lists the materials used.
Custom and personalized orders
• Please leave your personalization in the "notes to sellers" at checkout.
• Please refer to the individual listing for what we info we need from you.
• We also recommend checking your convo's for any messages we may
have left for you with questions about your personalizations.
• Your order may be delayed if you do not respond.
• If you don't check your Etsy convos then please leave us an email that you
frequently check.
Gift ready packaging
•Your jewelry will come packaged beautifully in a branded jewelry box, ready for gift giving on a custom designed and professionally printed card with an encouraging quote.
We also include a custom printed blank note gift card, a custom suede tie bag (when available), and a jewelry care card. We are currently waiting for restock on our sueded pouches (should arrive by 10/22)
• We are happy to include a small handwritten note for you free of charge. Leave us a note at checkout with your personal message.
• We do not paper include invoices anymore. They are emailed to you via etsy after you purchase.
• For Earrings only: If you select the plain packaging option you will receive eco friendly, minimal packaging.

The USPS is experiencing delays due to Covid 19. Your patience is appreciated.
Estimated shipping times:
• First Class : 2-7 business days
• Priority Mail : 2-3 business days
• Express : 1-2 business days
• We ship packages Monday- Friday.
• We ship with tracking. If a package shows scanned as delivered and you didn't receive it, convo us as we will try to help you locate the package.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package does not arrive you can call your local postal service to inquire about your package.
International Shipping
Delivery times are based on the country you are in. We ship to very limited countries.
You will receive tracking the you can track while your package is in the USA. Once your packages leaves the USA you will not be able to track it.
Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package does not arrive you can call your local postal service to inquire about your package. Packages are frequently held up at customs and this is completely out of our control.
International Customs Fees/Charges
Customs Fees:
International customers, please be aware that your country may charge an international customs fee/ handling fee in order for you to receive your package. Your local post office will contact you and hold your package until this fee is paid. Please check with your country if this fee is required. Customs fees are at the expense of the customer.
If you refuse the package we will refund the cost of the jewelry, not the shipping as it was already paid for and used to ship your package.

Returns/Exchange for new length
We are happy to do returns/exchanges on non-personalized jewelry.
Earrings are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.
Buyer is responsible for the returning the item to us. Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging. Any necklaces or pieces with chain must be returned on the hangtag to prevent tangling. Items that are improperly packaged & damaged as a result will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. We refund minus the original shipping costs we paid.
Exchanges charged a $4 reshipping fee (includes tracking).
We dont carry stock as we handmade each item so a small fee for a longer/shorter chain will be charged.
Please message us for a return/exchange form that MUST be included with your item you are sending back.
