We offer optional printing service for our products. Our printed items are shipped by USPS within 72 business hours after being submitted to the printer.

What is the difference between JPEG and PDF files?

JPEG's are suitable for uploading to photo labs or online printers as well as printing at home. They can also be used in emails. PDF files have 2 per page and are suitable for printing at home or your favorite copy center.

What is your turnaround time?

1-2 Business days for Standard

Do you offer matching printables?

Yes, we do. At present they are not all in the shop so if you don't find what you need, convo me and I will send you a proof and set up a listing.

Can design and colors be changed?

Yes, we will be happy to change colors and some design changes such as hair colors, change boys to girls, etc. Just add changes in Notes to Seller for digital or printed invitations. Changes are not possible on instant downloads.

Why don't the colors of the invitation match the colors on my computer?

We make every attempt to make sure the color you see is as close to the actual color of the invitation. Screen resolution and color settings are different from one computer to another. This is something that is beyond our control.

Can I cancel my order?

Instant download orders can NOT be cancelled and refunds are not available on them. Yes, you may cancel your digital or printed order as long as it is done while in the proofing stage. As soon as we receive your final approval, your order is automatically queued in our system and will be emailed or printed. When the order reaches the printing stage we can not issue a refund.

What if I receive my printed order and there are no errors but I just don't like it. Can I receive a refund?

No. We're sorry, but your order was custom printed for you. Because it cannot be sold to anyone else, you cannot return the order and no refunds or credits can be given. Please be sure to ask any questions that you might have before you place your order so that you can be sure that you will be fully satisfied with the finished product.

What happens if I receive my printed order and notice an error?

Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. Please notify us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order. If we have not printed exactly what appeared on your order form or the final proof which you approved, we will reprint the order as quickly as possible at no cost to you. If, however, we have printed exactly what appeared on your order form or the final proof which you approved and you subsequently realize that it is incorrect (if, for example, there is a misspelling or if you omitted some information), we will reprint at a 50% reduced price. You are responsible for the cost of this reprint. We do everything possible to eliminate errors, you are ultimately responsible for errors on order forms or proofs which are
