I am truly delighted with my purchase of this necklace. The quality and color of the coral indeed make it a rare find. The length is ideal. It was shipped promptly and beautifully packaged. Elaine is talented lady and a pleasure to work with. She has a special selection that has made me a an ardent fan of her shop.

This is a wonderful basket! It is unusual, beautifully made and in excellent condition: a joy to own. Bella Laine is a favorite Etsy shop. The selection is unique; the owner's communication and services are superior. I visit often!

Love this hard-to-find print. Very happy with my purchase
American southwest, North woods, Asian, European finds from the late 19th / early 20th century.
I started Bella Laine upon returning to my little hometown in Michigan after a long and happy career in product design & development on the west coast. I returned to help family, and decided to stay for awhile.
I am sorting my way through way too many family pieces, and selling the extras. For a little spice, I've added some of the Asian, Mexican, Southwest and European pieces Ive picked up on my travels, or find in auctions. To add a little panache, and because I LOVE design history, I research just about every item, and give you the "provenance" or history of what you purchase. I love my new life!
I hope you enjoy your purchase as much as Ive enjoyed the process of selling it!
Owner, Curator, Buyer
I grew up in Michigan, got my BFA, then fled west with a case of wanderlust. I traveled to Latin America and Asia for my work as a designer. My shop reflects my love for those cultures, mixed in with southwest and Euro influences right here at home!
I sell on etsy, and also in my two shops here in Michigan. Some of the shop items are also on-line. Sometimes a product is sold in the shop while still listed on etsy. I try to take the selling page down as soon as possible, but occasionally I get a sale on-line for an item sold in the shop. It is rare, but part of business when selling on-line and in a shop. My apologizes when this happens.

Refunds and Exchanges
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on most vintage items, unless there is a significant difference between my description and photos, and the actual item. So please read the description, inspect the photos and use the Zoom feature. And feel free to convo me with any questions or concerns.
I do research almost every item. I try to use sources such as museums, and other trusted sites and I pass on my research to you. Even though I have a degree in Fines Arts and Design, I am not a Certified Appraiser, so I don't know if the research I find is always 100% accurate.
Vintage and/ or any pre-owned, pre-handled item will by nature have flaws, tears, chips, flecks, warp, discoloration, old maker's marks, and scents found in the real world. If I overlooked a small flaw, please know it was unintentional and will NOT qualify your purchase for a return or refund.
If an item appears to be broken in a way I did not list, or seems significantly damaged, then it probably has been damaged in shipping. YOU need to make the claim, but please convo me immediately. If it is a significant amount, please call the post office and make your claim ASAP. it usually takes them about 1 month to reimburse.
Also, YOU MUST KEEP THE ITEM TOGETHER WITH THE PACKAGING FOR A POST OFFICE CLAIM. The US Post Office or UPS may want to see everything before paying on the claim.
You will not see any item with the same eye as I…it is just not possible. So I ask for reason when buying vintage items from me and please remain aware I do not offer a return or refund option on vintage items.
Thanks so much for your understanding!
