Prices are listed in Australian dollars and are subject to alteration without notice. The listed price at the time of purchase is the purchase price.
International customers (outside Australia) will be responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred.
All jewellery items sent within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $8, using Australia Post Registered Post. Items are packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch.
Unless where otherwise agreed, stocked items will be posted within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment and you will be notified once they have been dispatched. Deliveries to Australian metropolitan areas are generally delivered within 2-3 days. Please allow extra delivery time for rural and regional postcodes.
Please state any special delivery instructions – they will be noted on your parcel.
Free shipping is offered within Australia on all purchases over AUD$350.
All international items will be sent via regular Air Mail and dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of payment. A tracking number is not available with this service, however your package will require a signature on delivery.
If you wish to track or speed up delivery of your item, please contact Bella Moon for a separate quote for postage.
Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 3 to 10 working days however
NOTE: Any delays that may occur during busy seasons or that are directly related to the postal service or international customs requirements is beyond the control of Bella Moon and no responsibility will be taken for such occurrences.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are so confident you'll love your new Bella Moon jewellery that we offer a full money back guarantee if you contact us and return your item within 7 days of receipt. There are a few conditions, as follows:
Offer terms and conditions
• You MUST contact Bella Moon within 2 days of receipt of goods by going to our contact form and selecting the "Request return receipt" option. You will receive a return receipt code by email, which must be included in the return package. Failure to do so will forfeit this offer.
• The return package must be postmarked within three days of receiving a return receipt code.
• You will be responsible for cost of postage on returned goods.
• Items must be in 100% new condition, have not been worn or altered and have all tags and additional inserts still attached. Items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging and include the original tax invoice.
• A copy of the return receipt code must also be enclosed in the package.
• Items that show signs of wear or damage not present on original dispatch from Bella Moon will be void of this offer and returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
• This offer does not apply to sale or clearance store items, so please choose carefully.
We offer a three month guarantee against manufacturing faults, provided damage or breakage has not been caused by rough handling or extreme stress placed on the jewellery by you or the jewellery owner. This includes pulling, twisting, bending, incorrect storage and other similar actions that may cause damage or breakage to jewellery.
In the unlikely event that a genuinely faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical or similar item, a store credit will be offered.
Bella Moon will pay for return postage on repairs and replacement of faulty goods.
Returns and exchanges on full price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of the date of dispatch for items. Items must be in 100% new condition, have not been worn or altered and have all tags and additional inserts still attached. All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging that they were sent in, including any additional inserts. All items being returned must be accompanied by the original Bella Moon tax invoice that you received with your item.
If you wish to exchange an item of jewellery, you will only be credited if the item you wish to exchange is less than or equal to the total amount of your first purchase, excluding postage.
If the item you wish to purchase exceeds the original purchase price the difference in price, including postage, is payable prior to dispatch. In the event that this occurs Bella Moon will contact the purchaser to obtain details of method of payment.
Items to be exchanged that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will be void of this offer and returned to the customer with no refund or exchange offered. Determination of the condition of an item will be at the complete discretion of Bella Moon. We strongly advise all customers check pieces thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns, except in the case of faulty goods. Unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender. Except in the unlikely event of faulty goods and repairs required by Bella Moon, return postage will be charged to the purchaser at the rate of AUD$7 (within Australia).
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded under any circumstances.
