Mom Working from Home....

I decided to start my shop because I wanted to work, but since I am a mom of 4 children with the youngest being just over a year old- I did not want to have to leave my daughter with a sitter. I thought...simple solution, I will just work from home! After all, how hard could it be? Many moms do it..right? I'm pretty tough, and determined- I had my last child at the ripe "old" age of 40, I am a cancer survivor, had major problems with the birth of every one of my children...so this would be a piece of cake! lol Boy was I wrong! Kudos to all the moms and dads out there that work from home- especially if you have a toddler!!!!

I pride myself on customer service, as well as the items I sell. I tend to get back to anyone who has contacted me- within minutes to just a few hours. (As long as it's not late at night and I am sleeping) If you have purchased from me...please leave a review :) I have noticed, very few people do so. Even though it has been a long road to get here, I absolutely love what I am doing- and still get a big smile when I get an order. The busier I am, the happier I am! Thank you to all of you that have ordered from me...I truly appreciate your business!

Returns and exchange details
If your product arrives damaged or personalization does not match what you indicated upon ordering, please let me know within 3 days of receipt with a message and a photo. No Exceptions.
It will depend on the product as to how this will need to be handled. You are responsible for any return shipping.
I can not be responsible for damage to candles shipped during warm summer months.

I will be responsible for any typographical error on MY part. HOWEVER, if the typo is on your end, including typing the wrong shipping address- this will be your responsibility.

**Please note- because of differences in monitor calibrations- colors may be slightly different than they appear on your screen.**

Personalized items can NOT be returned/ exchanged simply because you have changed your mind (I include photos & detailed descriptions on all product pages). There must be damage, a defect, or a typo. Items used in ANY way can NOT be replaced, refunded or exchanged. NO Exceptions. Non- Personalized Items must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. No refunds are available on personalized items, or shipping fees (original or returns)- NO Exceptions. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please leave a number where you can be reached for order questions- or if delivery service is having a problem with your address.

Cancellation Policy: I begin processing orders as they come in & production starts very soon after your order is placed, therefore orders can not be cancelled once placed. No exceptions!

Payment Methods:
I accept payment by PayPal, credit card, or money order.

Order Changes:
Changes to orders are not permitted. Take a few extra moments to review your order before submitting it. If an order requires a change, and you have just placed your order- immediately send me a message.

Taxes:
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to NY State.
Shipping
NO PO BOXES for Rush or Express, or any listing that specifies "No PO Box" Street address is required for CANADIAN Orders.
CANADIAN ORDERS: Customer is responsible for any Duties or Tariffs
📩➖Be sure your shipping address is correct❗ if an order is sent back to me- you will be responsible for re-shipping your order.➖📩 Certain items being delivered to certain destinations (Alaska for example) because of distance may require additional shipping. If this is ever the case, you will be notified right away.

Rush Shipping (if available) delivers in 3-4 Business Days
Express Shipping (if available) delivers in 2-3 Business Days

Address Correction: All shippers require a VALID delivery address. Orders processed without a valid address may be returned by the shipper or incur additional shipping fees to re-route your delivery. If this happens- you may be billed the additional fee.

Please, DO NOT refuse a delivery- you will incur all shipping costs both ways.

If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know (prior to ordering) and I will be happy to try to accommodate you and will most likely require an extra fee.

My Item Arrived Broken/Damaged or Has A Typo (that was not my fault)- What Do I Do?

Please, contact me right away through Etsy Convo, or at: Bellaspersonalgifts.gmail.com
1. Please include your Etsy Order number if emailing outside of Etsy.
2. Describe the damage.
3. Please include a photo or photos of any damage or typo.
4. If the replacement needs to go to a different address for some reason
(moving), please indicate that at the time of contacting me, along
with the name and address.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because work begins on an order right away after it is received, cancellations are only accepted if I see your message prior to processing.

During busy times, with ship deadlines (Father's/Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Etc.) I begin orders much sooner in order to get orders out, and in time for these holidays.

Where do I add the personalization information?

There is a "note to BellasPersonalGifts" area during checkout, this is where the information is added. If you miss it, please send a convo to me with the information. If I don't receive your personalization information, I will contact you via convo. If after contacting you a few times, and I receive no response- you will receive your item blank. If it is an item that absolutely requires personalized info and I don't receive the information after several attempt- I will cancel your order.
