Unexpected turn and dream made true

My name is Anna.
In 2011 I was an office manager in Fashion Designer Company and loved my job, however, I always had a dream to become independent and to find the way to combine daily work with the opportunity to express myself.

My first peony was created one day from the sleeves I cut off my new silk blouse… It was the ugliest flower on the planet, but it only motivated me more! One year later I fulfilled my dream - quit from the office and became an independent vendor, doing what I love most of all!

All my flowers start with the hand cut fabric petals and then the sky is the limit. I search local flea markets, fabric stores and the web for unique laces, trims, vintage jewels and millinery supplies to add to my accessories to make them unique and one of a kind.

Every step of work in BelleBlooms is made solely by me – sewing, taking and editing photos, communication with the customers, packaging the parcels and going to the post office to ship the beauty to all corners of the world!

My motivation comes from my customers! The support I receive from the brides is priceless I am very grateful to the brides who let me be a part of their happiest wedding day!

Thankful for every single purchase, for your kind words about my work, for your emails and pictures from your weddings you share with me! This makes me happy every day!

This is my story from finding the idea – making a plan – working 24/7 – and feeling happy every day doing what I love!

Hello and Welcome to Belle Blooms!

Thank you for your interest in my work!

If you have any questions about an item, please do not hesitate to contact! I am happy to help you with any questions you may have as your satisfactory is my primary goal!

Please take your time to carefully read shop policies before making a purchase.


Most items in the shop are ready and will be shipped to you 1-3 days following payment. The estimated delivery time to your country please see below in "Shipping Policy" section


Items marked "MADE TO ORDER" may take up to 1 - 2 weeks to complete. Please make sure to order in advance and have enough time to receive your purchase.


If your order is time sensitive and you need it sooner than planned in item's description - please contact me prior to purchase!
Rush orders are available for most items for an additional $25 fee.
Please respect my time - making a request for rush order at checkout without previous agreement will NOT be considered.


Custom orders will take up to 1-3 weeks to complete - depends on the size of the order.
All custom orders are taken with 10% deposit payment, before I start to work on your order. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Custom Orders are final sale. I do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom made pieces!

I do not ship Saturdays & Sundays

Orders will be sent to the Etsy address - the address shown in "purchases"
Please give a correct and secure address for me to ship to.

If you need the piece to be sent to any other address - leave me a clear message in notes to seller at checkout or send me a convo.

I ship worldwide with REGISTERED AIRMAIL with the TRACKING NUMBER


USA, Canada – 14-21 business days (usually 14 days, but may take longer up to 3 weeks)
Europe - 7-14 business days
Asia, Australia - 21-28 business days (usually takes 3 weeks)

Please understand that I DO NOT control post work and how long it will take the post service to deliver your package. Please be patient and allow some more time to arrive in your country.

Once your package has been sent and you have a notification and tracking number about that, I am not responsible for postal delays that may occur.

The buyer will be responsible for any custom charges for the package held in customs.

Please know, that once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds and Exchanges
All my work is for you and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely sure about specific piece - I highly recommend to open a dialog with me before you purchase. I send more photos for color approval, answer questions about size and materials.

PLEASE do not purchase if you are not completely sure the item is for you! Better to discuss with me first.

Please carefully choose your piece and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

If still the received item is not what you wanted - I will be glad to exchange it for you.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and ship it back in its original packaging (the box) in unworn condition within a week of receiving.
Once it reaches my hands - I will let you know and send you the replacement.
Shipping cost for the second piece will be paid by the customer.

If something went wrong during delivery and the item came damaged - I will be glad to replace it. Please contact me if that happens and we will solve the problem.

I don't accept returns of the items that came late, sorry!
As clearly stated I ship all orders in stated time. If the order received without any note or previous discussion - I take it for granted that customer has read the policies and aware of delivery time. I cannot be held responsible for last minute orders that may be received late. I appreciate your understanding and respect of my work.


In special cases returns can be accepted with previous discussion with me and agreement. In these cases a full refund minus shipping cost will be sent to your Paypal account once the item is received back.
The shipping cost is non refundable.

Additional policies and FAQs

All items are handmade and thus unique!
The slight differences in shape, size, beading etc are possible between the real item and the stock photo shown. I do my best to give full and correct information as detailed as possible.

Once item is purchased - I make the new one and it might differ slightly from the photo - please be aware that handmade pieces are unique and original each one! No 100% copies with the photos are possible.

If you have any question - please send me a message BEFORE you place an order!

COLOR may vary on your monitor! I make all photos by myself and do best I can to ensure that colors are shown on my monitor as close to the real as possible - BUT it does not guarantee that you will see them the same! Please be aware of that when you decide to order!
