Thank you for visiting my Store. I would be happy to work with you on any Custom Orders. Feel free to convo me with any requests.
I accept PayPal for your shopping convenience. Please notify me within 3 business days of placing an order, so I would be able to prepare the right packaging.
I expect payment to be sent within 3 days of purchase or the sale will be canceled.
Note to PayPal buyers: You should click on the lime green "Pay by PayPal" button when you purchase an item, this will take you to the PayPal site, where you can log in and pay.
Etsy does not do this automatically.
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Contact me if you need help doing this. If you would like to request an alternate method, convo me and I'll see what I can work out for you.
Please note: New York State customers will automatically be charged a 8.875% sales tax on total purchase price, not including shipping cost.
I ship via UPS or USPS. International Customers should contact me prior to purchasing an item for specific shipping information. Handling time will not exceed 7 business days, unless specified otherwise in a listing.
As far as I can not be responsible for accuracy of delivery carriers,
Insurance is strongly encouraged, and carries a cost dependent on the order.
Due to PayPal regulations I am sending items only to the same address as PayPal account is registered.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be returned within seven calendar days of purchase only with specified reason.
Every reason for return or exchange has to be discussed before placing an order.
Custom Orders are not refundable.
All Embroidered Art and Suede Items are not refundable.
All Suede Items carefully handled with extreme caution to preserve from any kind of spots, or tear damage.
Besides any of the above a full refund will be granted. (minus Shipping and Handling fees, Etsy's fees, Pay Pal's fees).
You should provide the item in the exact same condition as it was shipped in.
