Hello! I am Kathryn, owner and designer for Belle Lane Designs located in sweet home Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I specialize in designing fun and cute clothing for all the little loves ranging from newborns, babies, to toddlers. I am a wife, girl mom x 2, dog mom, interior designer for real, clothing designer for fun, organizer addict, wanna be gardener, hobby photo taker, and hater of all things laundry.
My passion for designing graphics for children's clothing all started with having my own two girls and the need for that perfect outfit for all their special occasions and big milestones in life. I received my first vinyl cutting machine as a birthday present in 2015, and once my husband caught wind of my never ending spending on my new crafting obsession (ladies you know how this is...) I decided to start selling my designs on Etsy to hopefully make some money with all that crafting material I had accrued. The shocking thing was - my designs started selling! Once my orders really started picking up, my husband and I would both come home from our full time day jobs, to an infant and toddler and produce orders for a few hours every night just to get it all shipped. I hereby rename him Mr. Handy Helper Husband. Nowadays, I am home with the kids and make and ship all the orders myself with a few hundred toys hanging around in my work space in our home's basement. I wouldn't have it any other way!
All of the products you see on Belle Lane Design's website with vinyl appliques are designed and hand applied by me using commercial grade vinyl and a heat press to ensure the best quality with long lasting wash and wear. These custom designs are perfect for your special little one's photo shoot, milestone birthday parties, or special occasions.
