Please note that sales tax will be added to all orders placed by Idaho Residents.
***All prints are Made to Order.
I package orders with the utmost care. 8x10 and 11x14 prints are packaged in a stay flat mailer along with stiff backer boards. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.
I know how excited you are to receive your new purchase so I make a point to ship items within 3-5 business days once payment has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays)
You will receive an Etsy message with a USPS Tracking Number or Customs Number when your order is ready to ship.
Purchases made within the US will ship via the USPS. All purchases will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy order. All US packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and International orders will receive a US Customs Number.
*****Please note that once an order leaves the US it can no longer be tracked.
*****International Orders take 2-6 weeks for delivery and sometimes longer if they get held up in Customs.
*****Any International Customs Fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges

I take great care to make sure your Giclee Canvas Prints arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order in less-than-perfect condition please contact me as soon as you receive it so that I can make arrangements for a replacement.
I understand that simply seeing a picture online is sometimes not enough and colors may appear differently depending on your monitor.
If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, please contact me directly rather than leaving negative feedback so I can resolve any issues. I want you to truly enjoy your Belle Botanica Art so I will do whatever I can to resolve any issues. Refunds are available within 7 days of receipt of your package minus the cost of shipping.
Please return the item in the original packaging and I will issue a refund with no questions asked!
If the error is on my end, you will of course, get a complete refund or replacement; whichever you choose.

Regarding Custom Requests
I am sorry but I am no longer able to accept requests for custom work with the exception of any personalized items that are currently in my shop.
