Accepted payment methods
If customer requests cheaper shipping by priority Mail, customer also then agrees that seller is not responsible for the lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are not our responsibility once they leave Finland. Sometimes customs can take a day or two and sometimes they take several weeks. If your package has left here, but not arrived at it's final destination, please contact your local customs office as we have no way of tracking or doing anything about it once it leaves Finland.
I ALWAYS ship to the shipping address supplied by Etsy. Please make sure that your information is current.
IMPORTANT - International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Correct information will be written in custom labels (for example, cannot send packages as "gifts" because it is against the law).
Refunds and Exchanges
Before shopping, please take a good look of the item you are shopping for. I will add a several photos of each item and accurate descriptions of them. Make sure this is the item you really want.
If some reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 24 hours of recieving the item and we will talk about it. If necessary, I will issue a refund, minus shipping charges. If returning an item for any reason - it must be sent fully insured. Any item being returned must be sent in it's original packaging and in 'new' and unworn condition. Buyer is responsible of the shipping fees when returning the item.
If you receive a damaged package, please make sure to take photos of the package prior to opening it. Also make sure to document any damages on jewelry and gift wrapping and then contact me.
Belleperles is not responsible for the lost packages.
Purchasing is always final. No refunds, no returns.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not reserve items. However, if customer wants me to change a shipping method or to add some special items for the customer, then reserving can be made for a short period.
