I take great care in my packaging and was disappointed to read this. All items are packaged up with the utmost care to arrive not only safely but in cute packaging that's presentable for gift giving as well. Not sure how the package arrived 'messy'. I wasn't contacted by seller to clear up this issue before review was posted.
