Hi, I'm Bax!
It's just me here at Belligerently Bookish.

I create the art, run all communications, and pack all orders that ship from HQ- My home in Finksburg, Maryland, on the East Coast of the USA.

Belligerently Bookish began in 2020, just a few months before the pandemic. I had an idea for one very specific bookmark that I thought some friends might enjoy and now here we are all these months later.

My mission from the start has been very simple: To share bookish magic by bringing fiction out of the page. That's why you'll find notes and scribbles on the maps- my goal is to make a product that feels as though its somehow found its way from the character's hands into yours.

Part of that goal includes creating affordable products. It is my opinion that nothing has ever been ruined by being more accessible. No one should be priced out of joy.
