Announcement   To the Bride,
Do you remember when things were so simple? Do you remember the beginning, when you shared your first date with your fiancé? The first time he said “I love you” in a whisper on an ordinary Thursday, so quietly that for a brief moment you thought it was imagined? And of course, your engagement, the day he dropped to his knee and asked if you would let him hold your heart forever?

Few memories will compare to the ones you make right now. As you treasure them, your future will be all the brighter.

About

The Cassandra Grace Story

"I have found the one whom my soul loves"

We are forever dedicated to a sweet darling girl, Nora Grace.

"You are the inspiration, the energy, and the music behind every one of my movements. You have turned my darkest days into sun-soaked miracles. Because of the wonderful gift you are to the world, the world will be inspired to show Grace to others."
Love, Mom

A note from the designer:
"When my fairy tale ending never came and I was struggling to believe in love is when my daughter came into my life. I realize now after searching for love in all of the wrong places, that things really do happen for a reason. She gave me hope when I had none, and things are now falling into place. Once I believed in love again, that was when true love found me. I know I'll have my fairy tale wedding one day and I'll be the princess that I've always longed to be. For now, I take immeasurable joy in being the fairy godmother for all the other princesses that are having their fairy tale wedding."

Frequently asked questions

Q: Why don't you accept returns on custom orders?

A: Customizing a dress to your specific desires and measurements makes a dress uniquely yours and trying to resell a customized dress that doesnt match a standard size is nearly impossible.

We take a great deal of time at the beginning, an average of 4 weeks, to make sure your design and fabric choice is up to your specifications.

We will accept returns or pay for repairs within 3 days of delivery confirmation in the following cases:

- The item delivered to you was not the item you ordered.
- The item was in the incorrect size or color ordered.
- The item was damaged.

We promise that we will:

1. Create your dress by hand using your measurements in the likeness of the photos or drawings we agree upon and be within a 10% margin of error on measurements and original design.

2. Have your dress done and delivered within 4 months, (our average timeline is 2.5 months)

3. Create and store your dress in a dry, clean, and dirt free environment.

We can't promise that we will be able to:

1. Provide alterations without extra fees.

2. Deliver your dress under 8 weeks.

3. Cover customs taxes for you.

4. Make miracles happen. Even though we'll do our best!

Yes, most dresses can be customized. For example, if you want a different lace, you may choose a different lace here, these laces are categorized by the price range of your dress: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-0hpp3cAGpISgPRY0UUc8OQGZ8f5fppm

10-12 Months before your wedding:
Set Your Gown Budget

8 Months Before Your Wedding:
It's Time to Buy Your Dress & Veil
Now it's time to make a final decision and place the order.

4 Months Before Your Wedding:
Receive your wedding dress

3 Months Before Your Wedding:
Have Your First Fitting. Just because your dress was custom made does not mean you will not need alterations. They are a very important part of the process to make sure your dress fits as perfectly as possible!

3-4 Weeks Before Your Wedding:
Have your final fitting, try to maintain your weight from now until your wedding so that you don't need overpriced last-minute alterations.

Because our dresses are made to measure, clients often think their dress will fit perfectly right off the bat. Sometimes this is the case, but we all know that no one body is the same as another, we're all different! And that is something to celebrate! We use dress forms to make our patterns and cut our fabric, and the dress forms are based on an average woman's shape and flow of her curves. I'm not average, so I don't expect anyone else to be either. :)

Alterations are a vital part of the wedding process, because only by having your dress tailored in person can you get the perfect fit for your body.
