I've started this shop as too many times customers were asking where they could buy online.

We got tired of buying pretty (and expensive!) chocolates that didn't taste of very much other than sugar, so we set about making our own. 6 years later, and here we are. We use Belgian, Fairtrade chocolate that has 55% cocoa solids for dark, and 35% for milk. We believe that if you're buying a filled chocolate, you want to taste the filling, so we don't use too dark a chocolate that might overpower it. All of our fillings are made using locally sourced ingredients where we can get them, though East Lothian isn't renowned for its orange crop, so we do have to go elsewhere sometimes. But importantly, there's no rubbish. If it says orange, then it's got orange in it. Same for lime, peanut butter, ginger... And it'll taste of what it says, too. No messing about - proper chocolates with a real belt of flavour. Promise.

Boxes come with a hand picked selection of our best selling chocolates, but if you have any preferences, please let us know in the comments box. We'll supply a mix of both dark and milk chocolate, fondants and caramels (soft - no hard centres here!).

All are made in our East Lothian kitchen, using responsibly sourced ingredients. They're also gluten-free as an added bonus. Apparently that's quite rare. Who knew?
