Announcement   FAQs: 1. What is your turnaround time?
I ship my orders within 8 business days after purchased via USPS. For U.S. orders, most items take 2-5 days to arrive. Larger orders are shipped by ground and will take up to two weeks to arrive.

International ship times vary greatly, but, most Canada orders arrive within 2 weeks and most other countries will take 3-4 weeks. I ship most international orders via First Class International.

2. Can I get an order rushed?
If you need items sooner (like for a birthday party next week!), let me know and I'll see what I can do. I can usually accommodate those requests if I'm not too terribly swamped. In order to have an order rushed you MUST remind me when you need it in the note to seller box at checkout. I can't possibly connect all my orders to all my convos, so if it is not in the note to seller box I will forget. For international orders, usually rushing means upgrading shipping to Priority. That will bump the shipping price way up.

3. Are your monograms free?
Yes! All monograms are included in the price.

4. What if I don't want a monogram?
If you don't want a monogram on your item, please note that 99.9% of my items have monogram mistakes on them from the Pottery Barn factory (I cover those mistakes with my patches), so your item will have a random monogram on it. If you'd like to order an item without a patch, I can usually give a discount. I don't recommend unpicking the monograms because the fabric under the stitches is usually damaged. If you'd like to try unpicking, I can give you some pointers and try to find you the most suitable item for unpicking.

5. Can I order multiples of an item?
Sometimes, yes! Convo me if you want to order multiples of the same item and the listing says "only one available". I may have more, but I like to re-list that item as it sells.

6. Can I get an item in another color or with a different patch, etc?
I don't make these from scratch. I buy these items as-is (with or without the patches) and I don't carry extra patches. If you don't see what you are looking for let me know because sometimes I have other items that I haven't listed yet.

Also, I've also had customers find great patches on other sites (try Etsy and Amazon) and they have ironed them onto my items with great success.

Please put all your monogram information in the note to seller box. Also,
if you need your item by a certain date, let me know in the note to seller box (even if you already emailed me or messaged me about it -- I can't possibly connect all my messages with all my orders. So, if you need me to expedite your order and it is not stated in the note to seller box, I may forget!)

Payment
I offer direct checkout with major credit cards as well as Paypal (credit cards or e-checks). Please note that if you use an e-check as your payment I have to wait until your check clears (which may take 5-14 days) before I can start on your order.

Sales tax will be collected for all Utah orders.
Shipping
I use USPS to ship my orders. All items will be shipped 5-8 business days from date of purchase. Most items take 2-5 mail days to arrive to U.S. locations.

If an order is over a certain size and weight, I'll need to ship by ground which takes up to two weeks in transit. In this case, your order may take up to 3.5 weeks from purchase to delivery (U.S. locations) . If you need a large order faster, I can give you a quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Times vary greatly for international shipping. My shipping prices are for First Class International. Most items take about a 2 weeks to Canada and 3-4 weeks to other locations. I cannot guarantee ship times to international locations.

I try and use recycled shipping materials when possible to keep your shipping costs low and avoid waste. Please let me know if this is an issue for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is so very important to me! I want you to be happy with your purchase. I will gladly except returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed) for 30 days after purchase for a full refund (excluding all shipping costs). Your refund will be applied after the item is received.

Please note: You'll be responsible for all shipping costs. I will refund the price of the item.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not work on Sundays for religious reasons. If you convo me on a Saturday evening or a Sunday, I'll make a special effort to get back to you on Monday.
