If you're looking for a personalized custom outdoor wood carved sign, cabin decor or unique personalized gifts, you've come to the right place! Benchmark Signs and Gifts is a family owned and operated company located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. We are committed to creating the finest custom carved signs for our customers. We specialize in personalized signs and gifts for all occasions. Kristy creates your custom sign using artistic knowledge , along with state of the art CAD software and Sam uses everything from hand tools to CNC routers to create your custom sign.

HOW TO ORDER:
The signs listed in our shop are "template signs" Click on the sign and add to your shopping cart the size, quantity and type of wood that you would like to order. We offer pine for indoor use and a premium outdoor wood option such as Mahogany or Sapele that is for outdoor use. Please make sure your personalization provided is correct. What you enter is what we will carve. There are no standard words including "welcome to" so if you would like it carved on your sign, please include it in the text box. We offer proofs upon request. If you would like to see a rendering before we begin, please request a proof when placing your order.

We will securely wrap and package each order and ship via UPS or USPS mail depending on your location. Your item will be packed and shipped as soon as the paint / stain are dry! While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of our control, but we will do all that is necessary to get your 100% satisfaction whether we replace, repair or refund your money.

Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. We will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At our discretion, we will either issue a refund or replace damaged items.

ORDER CANCELATIONS:
We will refund canceled orders that have been designed, but not carved less a $25 design charge for the order.

RETURNS:
We have been selling online since 2002 and strive to accurately describe our products and show details of our work. We will gladly remake / refund your money for any mistakes made on our end. However, it is imperative that the information that we are given, with respect to names and dates is 100% accurate. We cannot reimburse for incorrect information provided to us. There are no returns on personalized/custom signs.

Material Disclaimer: Wood is a natural material therefore has inconsistent color tones and grain patterns. Finished signs may look different from the photo examples shown. Wood is a natural material and may be darker or lighter due to the natural characteristics of the wood that we use. We have no control over the natural color of the wood. Small knots and wood grain patterns are common characteristics of wood.
