Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Etsy gift cards and Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use Paypal with a credit card. Paypal will allow you to check out as a guest.

Alabama residents will be charged Alabama state taxes.
Shipping
We use USPS for shipping our orders. We try to use Priority service (2-3 day delivery) on most orders; however, due to the size and weight of several of our products, we also use Parcel Post (5-7 day delivery).

RUSH ORDERS - Should you need your order quickly, please contact us with your zip code for an expedited shipping quote. We will make every effort to meet your deadline. Please remember that we build our products when they are ordered and our production time is typically 7-10 days.

SHIPPING ADDRESS - We ship all orders to the shipping address that you enter during checkout. In the event that you enter an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has shipped. If it has, we will reship your order upon it's return but you are required to pay the additional shipping charges. If we ship to an incorrect address due to our mistake, we will reship your order at no additional charge.

SHIPPING NOTICE - When your order ships out, we will send you a shipping notice with tracking number to your email address.

MULTIPLE ITEMS - If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please contact us for a shipping quote. We can often discount shipping rates on multiple items.

INTERNATIONAL - We can ship internationally. Please contact us with your postal code for a shipping quote.

DAMAGED ITEMS - In the event that your order is received in damaged condition, please send us a picture of the damage within 2 days. We will contact you to discuss replacement.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 2 days and we will do our best to work out a solution.
Additional policies and FAQs
Currently, we ship orders within 7-10 days from payment being received. With that being said, occasionally, our schedule may need a day or two extra for completion. Should you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. We want to meet everyone's timeframe but we need to know this information for scheduling.
