I strive to create only the finest paper goods, and would never sell you anything I would not be completely proud to have displayed in my own home. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately. If I cannot rectify the situation, I will gladly refund your full purchase price, including shipping 1 way, as long as you return the item to me within 7 business days of the sale.
Payment
I prefer Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout, as they offer the most pretection to both you and me. However, I also realize that not everyone likes to do business that way. I will also take money order or check through the mail. However, this will slow down your delivery date as I never ship before the payment clears my bank.
Shipping
I normally ship USPS. Depending on the goods being shipped, it may go regular service, or Priority Mail. If you have a preferred method or alternate carrier, please let me know as this could adjust the shipping price. I do try to be flexible. I will also ship internationally, for an additional fee.

Please note that due to increased costs to me, I have had to increase my shipping charges. I do offer in that price delivery tracking. Thank you so much for understanding!
