SHOP POLICY
Our store gladly accept returns and exchanges. However , there are certain rules that you must follow to facilitate and quicken the procedure.
Firstly, one should contact our shop to clarify why the product should be exchanged or returned. We, as a considerate team are all ears to solve our customers issues.
It is your right to express yourself if you have any complain but it is also your responsibility to contact us after 5 days of getting the product.
Note that your item must be in the same state that it was in before the purchase in order to return or exchange it.
Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges are accepted if you shipped the product back within 14 days of the date of the purchase.
You should also bear in mind that you will pay for the shipping when deciding to return a certain product. Additionally, we will refund your product to 60%.
When deciding to exchange the product with another one, one should choose a product with the same price and value. If the customer is interested in a product with a higher price then he should add it to the payment.
⛔️ In case the buyer refuses to pay customs fees. The buyer will need to pay the shipping costs.
Do not hesitate to ask for pictures and videos of the product you seek. We tolerate the fact that you may not be satisfied with the pictures posted with the products and that is why you can ask for pictures in the daylight or from a different angle. Your satisfaction is ours.
