It’s thick & cozy & beautiful & feels special because it was made just for us by human beings (not a machine.) Communication was fantastic and it didn’t take long to arrive, considering it is handmade. Highly recommend!

5 out of 5 starsSimon was amazing and helpful with changing my shipping address after purchase. The rug is great and exactly as pictured. There is quite a lot of debris in the wool fibers like sharp plant material and well as a handful of rouge plastic strands. This is my first time buying a handmade rug so I’m not sure on what scale of normal this is. Regardless, I’m very pleased with the style and thickness of the rug. Time will only tell on quality but it looks and feels like sturdy construction.

Care instructions
Cleaning a Moroccan Rug is very similar…….shake it, wash it, dry it. Simple but effective, it’s common sense really, and they don’t have moth problems.
+++ DO…..
- Air your rug regularly and shake it outside to remove the dirt and dust
- Hoover your rug from side to side only
- Consider a specialist carpet cleaning service for cleaning the whole rug. Washing is great, you could use your bathtub, but these rugs are extremely heavy when wet….I’ve tried it!
+++ DON’T….
- Use any harsh detergents, chemicals or bleach based products. These can damage the wool in a rug and leave unsightly patches.
