- Orders or items costing $35 or more automatically qualify for free shipping. In most cases, the cost of shipping is included in the price.
- All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. All shipments include tracking, insurance, and fast delivery.
- We are unable to track international orders shipped via USPS once they leave the U.S.
- BergenStreet is not liable for lost or stolen packages and will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to us due to customer absence, errors in addresses, or package refusal.
- Fabric items will be carefully folded and shipped in the smallest package possible. Creases or folds should be carefully removed with a hand steamer or steam iron.

- Many of the items that we offer are made-to-order. Upon the full receipt of your payment, we will start processing your order.
- Each listing gives an up-to-date estimate of the time we require to make the item - this time period excludes the time which it takes to ship.
- If you need your item sooner (or are interested in a customized item), please inquire before placing your order. Depending on inventory, some items may ship straight away.
- Custom orders are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

- Proper care of our products will ensure their long life. BergenStreet is not responsible for damages caused to products through use.
- For Pillow Covers - Please dry clean ONLY unless specifically labeled as "Machine Washable" in the listing.
- All masks are machine washable and are also reusable and reversible.

- Although each item is described and photographed to the best of our ability, the sourcing of vintage and sample materials often leads to each item bearing unique signs of its former life. If you receive an item and it is not as you had hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
- If your item is as described but you wish to return it, you can do so for store credit or we will issue a refund less 10% for fees/expenses incurred. The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping to our location.
- If the item received is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage incurred to your item.

- All new and vintage 100% cotton and cotton-poly blend fabrics are thoroughly washed and dried at high temperatures, including sheeting and shirting fabric.
- All new, designer, and vintage 100% wool and wool blend fabrics are steam-treated (sterilized) during the pillow cover fabrication process.
- Our preferred and most-used threads are by Guttermann (100% cotton) or Coats & Clark (100% polyester).

- I do not buy new fabric for my projects. All textiles are sourced second-hand and are considered reclaimed and/or authentic vintage.
- I recycle ALL of my fabric scraps and textile waste with FABSCRAP in Brooklyn (www.fabscrap.org) and I source lots of my reclaimed fabric from them as well.
- Most shipping boxes used are standard-issue from the USPS and can be used multiple times.
- Whenever possible, packing materials like bubble wrap, non-USPS boxes, and padded envelopes are reused. I encourage customers to do the same.
