I am so happy with these. We ordered several dozen and used them as gifts the day of our Winter wedding for our family and wedding party. They not only greatly simplified the process of supplying everyone with flowers (since they did not have to be picked up the day of), but were an affordable and really lovely option. Everyone loved their flower pins and many of our friends are still wearing theirs on a coat or hat. They are super cute. And the seller was very fast and lovely to work with.

I aim to provide interesting products and a high standard of customer service. Please email/or convo for further information, help and advice regarding products and our policies as set out below.
As the majority of my items are personalised it is your responsibility to make sure you send me the correct spellings of any names required.
Lead time on personalised cushions and hearts is one week, two weeks Nov/Dec, please take this into account when ordering.

Payment
Payment is by PayPal, debit or credit card and etsy gift card. Please make payment immediately after placing your order. Please note that payments via PayPal e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US and up to two weeks from the UK, though the average is around 5 days, orders will be despatched once confirmation of cleared payment has been received from PayPal. Please do convo or email me if you have any problems with payment.
If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund for example will only be possible when the goods are returned in the condition they left me (ie, perfect) .
Shipping
UK ORDERS for Personalised items will be sent recorded delivery.
All other items will be sent first class.
All items are double wrapped and securely sealed.


PLEASE NOTE WE ARE BASED IN THE UK AND SHIPPING OVERSEAS CAN TAKE TIME TO ARRIVE.

PERSONALISED / CUSTOM ORDERS - you will be provided photographs at all stages of the making process and a final photo of the finished item to agree to prior to dispatch. I will endeavour to work closely with you to make sure the finished item meets all your requirements.
We are unable to refund on personalised orders once you receive them after you have agreed / OK'd the photographs unless there is damage to the actual item.
Should you receive a personalised/custom order that is damaged in transit we will require photographic evidence of said damage before we refund/replace.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please bear in mind that delivery times from the UK to international destinations can take up to 28 days.
All items delivered to an INTERNATIONAL addresses will be sent by standard airmail.
Standard airmail does not come with a tracking number.
Should you wish to receive it quicker or require a tracking number I have a separate listing at the top of my page where you can purchase this service.
International tracking is currently available at £5.00 as an 'add on' service on top of the quoted airmail charge (which is based on weight + destination+packing/wrapping) (see http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery).

All items are double wrapped and securely sealed in padded envelopes or postal boxes and have a return address label and a custom label (where appropriate).
On a high value or custom order I will endeavor to send it via airmail trackable service.

Some countries have the tracking number built into the shipping cost as I have experienced a high rate of orders not being received in these countries when sent by normal airmail (currently these countries are Brazil, Mexico, Oman and Russia)

CUSTOMS
I am based in the UK and post international airmail on a daily basis. The package will have a copy of the etsy invoice inside and a customs label and return address label on the outside.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check and pay any import /customs taxes for their particular country.
Before purchasing a high value item please check the customs/vat threshold for your country.
PLEASE note - it is illegal for me to mark the parcel/package as a 'gift' so you avoid customs charges (if you are purchasing this item as a gift for someone you know the transaction of buying the item from my etsy shop does not constitute a 'gift' between me and you)

Postal address - orders will be sent to the ship to address indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you convo us to confirm the correct and full postal address. We can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses. Please note that your delivery ie PayPal address really should always be your Etsy address for security reasons - if it isn't please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify us by convo or email of the problem within 7 days of receipt and then return the item to us and we will provide a replacement or a full refund as requested along with your postage costs where applicable. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We are happy to exchange or credit/refund for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify us by convo or email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt unused, in their original sealed packaging in perfect condition for resale. Please quote your original order number on the package. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage. Please also note that the occassional destash item will only be returnable if found to be faulty - in such instances this information will be clearly indicated in the item description. With that exception only we operate within the key EU Distance Selling Regulations of returns, for any reason, are acceptable within 7 days and have applied to this to worldwide purchases ie not just to those destined for the EU.

Refunds or replacements for 'missing/lost/undelivered' international orders will be actioned no sooner than four weeks from the posting receipt date as we respectfully ask that you give the package time to clear customs and factor in any local delays.
Royal Mail.com will not recognise a package as 'missing' until 4-6 weeks from the posting date.

Descriptions etc - are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality measured. I have tried to give as mush informatio about the lised item as I can so you can make an informed decision before you buy. All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colours unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colours on individual monitors.

Please do not make a purchase based solely on an assumption from just looking at the photos.

Should you not be happy on receipt of an item you can of course return that item - please see the returns information above
