Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason at all, you may send it back for a full refund minus shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All payments must be received withing 48 hours of order being placed or it will be cancelled.
Please see each item for current processing times. All orders ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note that once your package has been received by the USPS, I release all responsibility to the post office for delivery. Unfortunately, I have no control over the post office for delays or lost packages that may happen. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your items, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will arrange a custom listing for you with insurance included.
