Did not receive item. I tried emailing her and kept ignoring me. I finally opened a case and she refunded my money and told me her shop was currently closed and would reopen later. A terrible seller.

My Etsy Shop Story

Growing up, my mom was always making something. I would always help with what ever she was working on, yet I think I slowed her down more than I helped her.

I have been talking about creating my own website for quite some time now, but I didn't know where to start. I heard about etsy in 2012 and was so excited.

I have always been a "fly by the seat of her pants" kind of girl. I started the etsy shop the same way. I just jumped and figured what do I have to loose?

BessiesCreations has been open since 2012, and it has been quite an adventure. It has been a huge learning process, but all the people on etsy are so willing to help. It's absolutely amazing!

Creating things is what I do. I want to make something special for everyone who looks at my shop. Special requests and custom orders are always welcome!

For you convenience I accept paypal and credit cards through Etsy's Direct Checkout.

I will accept money order. Your item will ship once the money order clears.
All items will ship within 1-5 business days of purchase.

I offer free shipping to the USA excluding reclaimed wood furniture.

Items shipped in the USA weighing 16 ounces or less are shipped using first class mail. Items weighing over 16 ounces or longer than 12 inches are sent via priority. I add a delivery confirmation just for peace of mind.

International sales are shipped via first class international. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade the mail service, please contact me prior to completing the payment process.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from me.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase, if your item is misrepresented or arrives damaged. Return authorizations are required for proper processing via a conversation. In order to accept a refund on a damaged item, I require a photo of the damages. Should you need to return your purchase, you will receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase, less the shipping.

Customized items are a final sale.
